About me
Hello, I’m Wasif and I’m a web developer and designer based in Arizona. I used to be a computer science major but then switched because it wasn’t as big-picture as web development is to me. Web development allowed me to still have fun programming but also use my creativity to design a final product instead of something that’s a small piece of the puzzle.
After completing my associate degree in Web Technologies, I pursued my bachelor’s in Internet & Web Development and a minor in Technological Entrepreneurship & Management from Arizona State University so I can bring a business perspective to my field. Now I’m pursuing a Master’s in Graphic Information Technology with a focus on User Experience because I want to design with the user in mind while trying to encapsulate the client’s vision. I love collaborating, synergizing, and innovating new ideas to create better solutions. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, friends, and family, traveling, and enjoying nature.

In my time completing my degree in Web Technologies, I learned about design theory, fundamentals of web design and Adobe Creative Cloud, and how to implement those together in design and code.

While pursuing my bachelor's degree I decided to educate myself in web development and improve my skills in web technologies. I learned to further my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and improved my skills and techniques using Abode Creative Cloud to produce content.

While simultaneously pursuing my bachelor's degree I decided to also educate myself in Technological Entrepreneurship & Management to cultivate my business analytical mind to offer a fresh business perspective along side my other skill sets.

While progressing towards completing my Bachelor's degree I decided to take on the accelerated Master's program and advance my way to getting a Master's degree in GIT with a focus on user experience. With my drive to keep learning and develop better with the user in mind, I am pursuing to further my education to advance my skills to design and develop even better solutions for the end-user.
